Maxidus25.com uses the First Class Domestic and International mail to ship orders using the services of United States Postal Service. 

Maxidus25.com charges a flat rate of $7.00 USD shipping and handling for domestic orders and $19.00 USD shipping and handling for International orders.

 

Tracking Numbers

Maxidus25.com provides a tracking number with all Domestic and International orders.

 

Shipping Times

Shipping times can vary depending on the shipping environment.

Domestic Orders usually arrive 3-5 days but delays may occur with Covid, Holidays, and/or USPS service Interruptions.

International Orders usually arrive In 10 to 14 days but delays may occur with Covid, Customs, Holidays, International Shipping Infrastructure and/or Shipping Service Interruptions.

Maxidus25.com Is not responsible for delays or returns. Please know the shipping policy of your home country before placing an order.

Please make sure your address Is CONFIRMED before placing an order.

We will not refund your purchase for any package that is seized by Customs.

Packages that are returned to Maxidus25.com will be Inspected and upon approval of the returned, unopened, undamaged package, a refund will be Issued for the product you purchased minus the cost of shipping and handling, which Is $19.00 USD.

 

Lost or Stolen

Maxidus25.com Is free from liability should your package be lost or stolen en-route to your address. We fulfill an order when placed and ship to you In an unmarked bubble mailer with a clear automated label and tracking number provided by the United States Postal Service. Maxidus25.com Is not affiliated with the United States Postal Service In any way and cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays and Incidents that may happen while your package Is in the care of the United States Postal Service. 

Please contact the United States Postal Service to open a dispute using the tracking number provided with your order.

 

Refunds

We will not refund your purchase for any package lost, stolen and/or any shipping delays.

 

Returns

Customer Is responsible for any shipping related costs associated with a return.

In the event a package is returned whether undeliverable or any other reason we will contact the customer to re-ship at your cost or refund the purchase price of any unopened undamaged package and Its content, minus the cost of shipping and handling.
